How does the Market Scanner work?
The Market Scanner scans the crypto market in real time using AI to find coins that meet specific technical conditions - such as RSI levels, breakouts, and bullish or bearish candle patterns - across multiple timeframes. Instead of searching coins one by one, the scanner surfaces opportunities in an instant.
Is CoinGPT a signals service or trading bot?
No. CoinGPT is designed to support better decision-making, not blind signals. You choose how to use the platform - for analysis, scanning, manual trading, or automated strategies.
Does CoinGPT place trades for me?
CoinGPT can place trades only if you choose to connect your exchange via API. You can trade manually from CoinGPT or enable AI trading strategies. CoinGPT never holds your funds, and you can disable API access at any time.
What is the telegram bot for - and do I need it?
You don’t need the Telegram bot to use CoinGPT. CoinGPT is web-first, and the core experience lives in the web app -  including the AI Trading Assistant, Market Scanner, and Markets page.
Is CoinGPT suitable for beginners?
Yes. CoinGPT is designed to scale with you. Beginners can explore the market using the AI assistant and scanner, while experienced traders can take advantage of advanced scanning, alerts, and automation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
How to use the bot / analyze a coin?
  • Simply type “/analyse btcusdt”.
  • Make sure there’s a space after "analyse"
  • You can replace “btc” with any coin ticker you like.
  • OR You can select from /popular coins
  • For a tutorial, press /start
How accurate is the analysis & SL/TP levels?
The analysis, buy/sell bias, and SL/TP levels are based on live trading data, indicator values, and AI interpretation. Always use them as suggestions and practice proper risk management.
Will CoinGPT guarantee to make me money/profitable?
No, but it can help! Using CoinGPT's analysis and trading data, levels, and SL/TP, you can potentially outperform 90% of retail traders.
Request limits
The Basic plan includes 10 analyses per day and 25 per week. Each analyze command or timeframe change counts as 1 request. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC, and weekly limits reset Sunday at 11:59 UTC. For higher or unlimited usage, see /upgrade.

How do I activate Rebound, Echo, or Surge?

Is there a minimum balance?
Yes, $250 minimum to ensure trades meet exchange size requirements and your risk settings in /autotrade.

What is Tap to Trade and how does it work?
Tap to Trade lets you instantly execute a trade from CoinGPT's analysing; sending the order, Stop Loss, and Take Profit directly to your linked exchange.
Is Tap to Trade automatic or manual?
Manual. You choose when to trade by pressing the Take Trade button. Nothing happens without your confirmation.
Will it trade my full balance?
No. You set your balance percentage per trade in /autotrade, so only your chosen amount is used.
How do I connect my exchange for Tap to Trade?
Simply open the auto trade settings (/autotrade in our Telegram app), follow the secure API setup, and connect your preferred exchange account. Once linked, Tap to Trade becomes active.
How do I adjust my leverage and trade settings?
Manage all trading parameters inside auto trade settings, including leverage, margin percentage, and default risk settings.
