• chart and indicator analysis• cryptocurrency data aggregation
• optional exchange API connectivity
• tools that allow users to submit trades to their connected exchange accounts
CoinGPT is a software platform and analytical tool.
CoinGPT is not a broker, exchange, financial advisor, or investment manager.
2. Eligibility
To use CoinGPT you must:
• be at least 18 years old
• have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Exchange Connectivity
CoinGPT allows users to connect their cryptocurrency exchange accounts using API credentials or supported authentication methods.
By connecting an exchange account you acknowledge that:
• CoinGPT does not control the exchange
• CoinGPT does not hold your funds
• CoinGPT does not access exchange login credentials
• all assets remain on the exchange
Trades submitted through CoinGPT are transmitted to the selected exchange via API and executed directly by that exchange.
CoinGPT does not guarantee execution, price, or timing of any trade.
5. User Responsibility for API Credentials
Users are responsible for the creation, configuration, and security of their exchange API credentials.
You agree to:
• keep your API credentials secure
• grant only the permissions necessary for the features you wish to use
• disable withdrawal permissions where possible
CoinGPT is not responsible for losses resulting from:
• compromised API credentials
• misconfigured permissions
• actions taken using API keys provided by the user
6. Non Custodial Platform
CoinGPT operates as a non custodial platform.
CoinGPT:
• does not hold user funds
• does not custody digital assets
• does not control exchange accounts
• does not operate as a broker or trading venue
All assets remain within the user's exchange account.
7. No Financial Advice
CoinGPT provides analytical tools and market insights for informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:
• financial advice
• investment advice
• trading recommendations
Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and may result in financial loss.
8. Trading Risks
Using CoinGPT to analyze markets or submit trades involves risks including but not limited to:
• market volatility
• exchange outages
• technical errors
• network delays
• incorrect order parameters
• system interruptions
CoinGPT does not guarantee the accuracy of analysis, signals, or market data.
You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• misuse or interfere with the Services
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• reverse engineer or copy the platform
• use the platform for illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of CoinGPT may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription you agree that:
• subscription fees will be charged according to the pricing plan selected
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• pricing may change with reasonable notice
Payments may be processed by third party providers including:
• Stripe
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
All payment transactions are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to CoinGPT but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• technical issues
• third party service interruptions
CoinGPT is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

The Services may integrate with or rely on third party platforms including cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers.
CoinGPT does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their actions, policies, or service availability.
Your use of third party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology used in CoinGPT are the property of CoinGPT or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission....
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of the Services.
This includes losses related to:
• trading decisions
• exchange outages
• inaccurate data or analysis
• technical issues
• API errors
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if:
• you violate these Terms
• your use poses security or legal risks
• required by law
Users may also terminate their account at any time by going in to our web app or mobile app and or apple / Google subscriptions and cancelling.
• 7-day refund policy, we can only guarantee a refund on any plan within 7 days of purchase. Should you wish to cancel and get a refund please let us know by emailing support@coingpt.bot
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
